I have read the Clarification Text Regarding the Campaign for the Payment of the Bills of People in Need of Aid by Benefactors (ASKIDA BATURA) and within this scope, my personal data can be used in the services within the campaign and other services of the municipality and the provision of such services, planning and execution of their processes, I agree to collect, process, update, periodically check, keep in the database, store and, if necessary, share with the relevant public institutions and organizations and solution partner third parties as required by the business relationship in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") for the purposes of carrying out activities for the improvement and development of personal data.

Your personal data may be processed by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality ("Municipality") as the data controller within the scope described below in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"). Your collected personal data may be processed by the Municipality for the purposes described below in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

The application in question is a platform where people in need of assistance who cannot pay their invoices and philanthropists can select and pay the invoices they want to pay. The information (T.R. Identity Number, Name-Surname, Telephone Number, Subscription Number, Invoice Number, etc.) that people in need of assistance who cannot pay their bills will share with the Municipality during the application may be processed within the scope of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the Municipality and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Municipality, to carry out the necessary work by our business units to be used in Municipality services and to carry out the relevant business processes.

Your collected personal data may be transferred by our Municipality to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private persons in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, for the purposes listed above.

Your personal data is collected by the Municipality through the registration forms on the application for the purposes listed above. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the legal personal data processing conditions that the processing of personal data is mandatory for the existence of explicit consent specified in Article 5 of the Law, the establishment and performance of the contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations and the realization of our legitimate interests.

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law "regulating the rights of the data subject" to the Municipality with the procedures in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
